Create a case

Start a matter for an existing client or contact.

In LegistAI, open Cases from the main navigation and choose Create Case. You can also start from a client's profile.
Choose the client or contact the case belongs to. If the person is not listed, add a contact in the case form first.
Complete the required case details, review your choices, and save. Open the case from the case list to confirm it was created.
